Neon Buildings Matte Painting July 2020

I created this matte painting as part of my Final Visual Effect Project for my Digital Visual Effects Master's course which had a strong sci-fi, futuristic theme. In the scene, I made the matte painting come alive by adding movement to the clouds and making some of the signs flicker. This is only my second matte painting that I have created and I am looking forward to creating more in the future!
